Dr. Snodgrass earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, then completed his internship and Ophthalmology Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and The Ohio State University, serving as Chief Resident.

Dr. Snodgrass moved to Gainesville in 1987. Over the years, he expanded his practice to include offices on NW 8th Avenue, Tioga Town Center and Lake City, and updated the practice name to North Florida Cataract Specialists and Vision Care to better reflect the areas we serve and services we provide.

Dr. Snodgrass is known as one of the area's premier ophthalmologists, combining advanced skills, state-of-the-art technology, and over thirty-five years of experience to provide his patients with superior eye care.
